2.3 Faxbericht verzenden na een telefoongesprek

Het is mogelijk om na een telefoongesprek, zonder de verbinding te

verbreken, een faxbericht te verzenden.

1 Vraag degene met wie u belt om

op de starttoets van zijn/haar fax-

apparaat te drukken.

2 Voer het document in.

3 Druk op:

Het verzenden van een faxbericht verloopt verder op dezelfde wijze

als bij de handmatige verzending (zie hoofdstuk 2.2.2, pagina 13).

Omgekeerd kan degene met wie u belt, aangeven een faxbericht te

willen verzenden. Start dan de faxontvangst door te drukken op:

U kunt een document afroepen dat op een ander faxapparaat

klaarligt. Uiteraard moet het andere faxapparaat deze functie

ondersteunen.
