Problemen oplossen
Controleer eerst of de handelingen voor het gebruiksklaar maken
van de Boston  correct zijn uitgevoerd.
Problemen, mogelijke oorzaken en oplossingen
Probleem Als u op drukt, hoort u geen kiestoon. Het controlelampje
op het basisstation brandt wel.
Oorzaak () De Boston  is niet goed aangesloten op het telefoonnet.
Oplossing Controleer of het toestelaansluitsnoer van het basisstation correct
is aangesloten (zie pagina ).
Oorzaak () De handset is uitgeschakeld.
Oplossing Houd enige tijd ingedrukt om de handset in te schakelen.
Oorzaak () De toetsen zijn geblokkeerd. In het display staat
TOETS BLOK
.
Oplossing Zie pagina  voor het opheffen van de blokkering.
Oorzaak () Uitgaand extern bellen is geblokkeerd. In het display staat
GEBLOKKEERD
.
Oplossing Schakel de blokkering

Probleem De telefoon werkt niet: u hoort geen kiestoon en het controle-
lampje brandt niet.
Oorzaak () De Boston  is niet goed aangesloten op het elektriciteitsnet.
Oplossing Trek de adapter uit het stopcontact. Steek de adapter vervolgens
weer in het stopcontact en probeer het opnieuw (zie ook pagina
, Basisstation aansluiten, en pagina , Basisstation ophangen).
Oorzaak () De stroom is uitgevallen.
Oplossing Gebruik een gewone telefoon totdat de stroom weer is ingescha-
keld.
Probleem Als u op drukt, hoort u de bezettoon. In het display
verschijnt LIJN BEZET.
Oorzaak Op het basisstation is meer dan één handset aangemeld.
Met de andere handset wordt getelefoneerd.
Oplossing Wacht tot uw huisgenoot zijn gesprek heeft beëindigd.
