Probleem VoiceMail werkt niet.
Oorzaak (1) U bent niet aangemeld bij VoiceMail.
Oplossing Meld u aan bij VoiceMail en schakel VoiceMail in (zie paragraaf 3.1, Aanmelden bij
VoiceMail en paragraaf 3.2, VoiceMail inschakelen).
Oorzaak (2) De telefoon is doorgeschakeld.
Oplossing Schakel de doorschakeling uit (zie paragraaf 4.2, Doorschakeling uitschakelen).
Oorzaak (3) De Madrid 25 is aangesloten op een huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Oplossing Programmeer de VoiceMailtoetsen voor een huis- of bedrijfscentrale en schakel
VoiceMail in (zie paragraaf 7.4, Huis- of bedrijfscentrale).
Probleem Bellen gaat niet, maar de kiestoon is wel hoorbaar.
Oorzaak De Madrid 25 is aangesloten op een pulscentrale. De Madrid 25 functioneert echter
alleen in combinatie met een tooncentrale (zie ook paragraaf 7.4, Huis- of bedrijfs-
centrale).
Oplossing Sluit de telefoon aan op een tooncentrale. Raadpleeg ook de gebruiksaanwijzing
van uw huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Probleem Wachtstand en doorverbinden werkt niet.
Oorzaak De Madrid 25 is aangesloten op een centrale die voor doorverbinden met
aardsignalen werkt.
De Madrid 25 werkt niet met aardsignalen, maar met flashsignalen.
Oplossing Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw huis- of bedrijfscentrale om te controle-
ren of u deze kunt instellen op flashsignalen. Stel de centrale in op flashsignalen.
(zie ook paragraaf 7.4, Huis- of bedrijfsbedrijfscentrale).
Probleem De Madrid 25 werkt niet goed.
Oorzaak De batterijen zijn verwisseld.
Oplossing Herstel de standaardinstellingen door op te drukken en probeer het opnieuw.
Als u het probleem niet kunt verhelpen, kunt u de Internet-site van
de GebruikService van KPN Telecom raadplegen. Het adres is:
www.gebruikservice.kpn-telecom.nl
Of bel met de GebruikService van KPN Telecom, telefoonnummer
0900-8642 (niet gratis).
U kunt ook met het toestel en de bijbehorende onderdelen naar
het verkooppunt gaan. Neem het ingevulde garantiebewijs en de
aankoopbon mee als het toestel nog onder de garantie valt.
Als u door een storing op de buitenlijn niet kunt bellen of gebeld
kunt worden, kunt u via een andere telefoonaansluiting bellen met
0800-0407 (gratis) of naar Primafoon gaan.
