3.2 VoiceMail inschakelen

U kunt VoiceMail alleen inschakelen vanaf uw eigen telefoon-

nummer.

> U hebt u aangemeld bij VoiceMail (zie paragraaf 3.1,

Aanmelden bij VoiceMail).

1 Neem de hoorn op.

2 Druk op .

> Het gratis telefoonnummer -

0842333o verschijnt in het

display en wordt gebeld.

3 Leg de hoorn neer.

> In het display van de Madrid 25 verschijnt het symbool . Als

iemand u nu belt en u de hoorn niet binnen 20 seconden

opneemt (4 à 5 belsignalen), wordt de beller verbonden met

VoiceMail. De beller hoort de begroeting en kan vervolgens

een bericht inspreken. Op de Madrid 25 gaat het controlelamp-

je VoiceMail knipperen

Let op!

Als de telefoon is doorgeschakeld, verschijnt niet! Het symbool

verschijnt dan pas nadat u de doorschakeling hebt uitgescha-

keld (zie ook paragraaf 4.2, Doorschakeling uitschakelen).

3.3 VoiceMail-berichten beluisteren

Als het controlelampje VoiceMail-berichten knippert, heeft iemand

tijdens uw afwezigheid gebeld. Het controlelampje knippert ook

als de beller niets heeft ingesproken. Het controlelampje blijft

knipperen totdat u het symbool uitschakelt (zie paragraaf 3.4,

Controlelampje VoiceMail-berichten uitschakelen).

VoiceMail kan maximaal 20 berichten opslaan van elk 2 minuten.

Niet-beluisterde berichten worden 21 dagen bewaard. Beluisterde

en opgeslagen berichten worden 3 dagen bewaard. Wis opgeslagen

berichten regelmatig, zodat VoiceMail niet vol kan raken.

> Het controlelampje VoiceMail-berichten knippert.

1 Neem de hoorn op.

2 Druk op .

> Het gratis telefoonnummer 0842333 verschijnt in het display en

wordt gebeld. U hoort het aantal oude en nieuwe berichten.

3 Volg de gesproken instructies.
