Oplossing Controleer de aansluitingen van het telefoon-
aansluitsnoer (zie paragraaf 1.4, Denver 25HV
aansluiten op telefoonnet).
Probleem Als u wordt gebeld, hoort u geen of een te zacht
belsignaal.
Oorzaak (1) Het belsignaal staat ingesteld op zacht.
Oplossing Stel het belsignaal in (zie paragraaf 2.6, Volume
belsignaal instellen).
Oorzaak (2) Het aansluitmaximum is overschreden.
Oplossing Beperk het aantal toestellen dat u op de buitenlijn
hebt aangesloten of gebruik een huiscentrale van
KPN Telecom (zie ook hoofdstuk 7, Meer tele-
communicatieapparatuur in huis).
Probleem De geluidsontvangst valt weg.
Oorzaak Er wordt met meer telefoons tegelijk getelefoneerd.
Oplossing Vervolg het gesprek met één telefoon.
Probleem U kunt geen telefoonnummers herhalen.
Oorzaak De Denver 25HV is aangesloten op een huis- of
bedrijfscentrale.
Oplossing Toets bij het kiezen van een telefoonnummer eerst
het nummer van de buitenlijn in, druk vervolgens op
H om een kiestoonpauze in te voegen en kies
daarna het telefoonnummer.
Probleem VoiceMail werkt niet.
Oorzaak (1) De telefoon is doorgeschakeld.
Oplossing Schakel de doorschakeling uit (zie paragraaf 5.2,
Doorschakelen uitschakelen).
Oorzaak (2) De VoiceMail-toetsen zijn verkeerd geprogrammeerd.
Oplossing Programmeer de VoiceMail-toetsen opnieuw (zie
paragraaf 4.7, Programmering VoiceMail-toetsen
wijzigen).
Oorzaak (3) De Denver 25HV is aangesloten op een huis- of
bedrijfscentrale.
Oplossing Programmeer de functie ‘automatisch buitenlijn
kiezen’ (zie paragraaf 7.4, Huis- of bedrijfscentrale).
