5 Voicemail
5.1 De dienst VoiceMail
VoiceMail is een antwoordapparaat in het telefoonnet van
KPN Telecom dat u via uw telefoon bedient. Wanneer u zich hier-
voor bij KPN Telecom heeft aangemeld, kunt u deze dienst aanzet-
ten met uw eigen telefoon zonder extra apparatuur. Bent u niet
thuis of kunt u de telefoon even niet opnemen, dan kunnen bel-
lers een bericht achterlaten op uw VoiceMail. Met de Orlando 120
kunt u zien of iemand tijdens uw afwezigheid heeft gebeld.
VoiceMail is gratis. U betaalt niet voor het aanmelden bij
VoiceMail, niet voor het in- en uitschakelen van VoiceMail en niet
voor het beluisteren van berichten. Als bellers worden verbonden
met uw VoiceMail, betalen zij het normale gesprekstarief.
5.2 VoiceMail bedienen met de Orlando 120
Bij aflevering staat VoiceMail op de Orlando 120 uitgeschakeld.
Om van VoiceMail gebruik te maken, doet u het volgende:
1 Meld u aan voor de dienst VoiceMail (zie paragraaf 5.3).
2 Schakel VoiceMail in op de Orlando 120 (zie paragraaf 5.4).
> Men kan dan bij geen gehoor een bericht inspreken in uw
VoiceMail.
In de Orlando 120 is een VoiceMail-indicatie ingebouwd in de
vorm van een controlelampje en symbool. Als u VoiceMail op de
Orlando 120 heeft ingeschakeld, zal het controlelampje op
het basisstation groen branden en in het display het symbool VM
verschijnen. Wanneer het controlelampje op het basisstation
knippert of symbool VM op de handset brandt, kan dat betekenen
dat er een VoiceMail-bericht is ingesproken.
U kunt VoiceMail vanaf alle toestellen op uw telefoonaansluiting,
of vanaf een extern toestel, bedienen. Het is echter raadzaam
VoiceMail te bedienen vanaf de Orlando 120, zodat u optimaal
van de VoiceMail-indicatie gebruik kunt maken. U voorkomt dan
bijvoorbeeld dat het controlelampje nog een VoiceMail-indi-
catie geeft, terwijl uw VoiceMail-berichten al via een ander toestel
zijn beluisterd.
