Probleem Er is een VoiceMail-bericht ingesproken, maar het controlelampje VoiceMail
knippert niet.
Oorzaak (1) De adapter is niet goed aangesloten op de Bordeaux 10 of op het stopcontact.
Oplossing Controleer de aansluiting van de adapter (zie paragraaf 1.2).
Oorzaak (2) De batterijen zijn bijna leeg.
Oplossing Vervang de batterijen.
Probleem U kunt geen telefoonnummers herhalen.
Oorzaak De Bordeaux 10 is aangesloten op een huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Oplossing Toets bij het intoetsen van een telefoonnummer eerst het nummer van de buiten-
lijn in, druk vervolgens op om een kiestoonpauze in te voegen en toets dan
pas het telefoonnummer in (zie ook paragraaf 4.2, Huis- of bedrijfscentrale).
Probleem U kunt geen opgeslagen telefoonnummers bellen.
Oorzaak De Bordeaux 10 is aangesloten op een huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Oplossing Sla het telefoonnummer opnieuw op en voeg voor het telefoonnummer het num-
mer van de buitenlijn en eventueel een kiestoonpauze in (zie ook paragraaf 4.2,
Huis- of bedrijfscentrale, en paragraaf 2.4, Nummergeheugen).
Probleem U kunt de wachtstand niet inschakelen en niet doorverbinden.
Oorzaak (1) De Bordeaux 10 is aangesloten op een huis- of bedrijfscentrale die staat ingesteld
op aardsignalen. Het toestel staat ingesteld op flashsignalen.
Oplossing Zorg ervoor dat de huis- of bedrijfscentrale staat ingesteld op flashsignalen.
Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Als u het probleem niet kunt verhelpen, kunt u de internet-site van
de GebruikService van KPN Telecom raadplegen.

Of bel met de GebruikService van KPN Telecom, telefoonnummer
0900-8642 (niet gratis).
U kunt ook met het toestel en bijbehorende onderdelen naar het
verkooppunt gaan. Neem het ingevulde garantiebewijs en de aan-
koopbon mee als het toestel nog onder de garantie valt.
Als u door een storing op de buitenlijn niet kunt bellen of gebeld
kunt worden, kunt u via een andere telefoonaansluiting bellen met
0800-0407 (gratis) of naar Primafoon gaan.
