1 verre d’oignon perlé

1 verre de cornichons







Selon votre goût, vous pouvez ajouter des garnitures

supplémentaires, par ex. diverses sortes de jambon,

«Bündnerﬂeisch» (type spécial de viande fumée), salami,

poivron, tomates, champignons, etc.

Servir avec un vin blanc sec et léger.
