Belgische wafels (Luikse wafels)
Ingrediënten:
-400gtarwebloem
-160mllauwwarmemelk
-2eieren
-150ggrofkorreligesuiker
-50gsuiker
-1mespuntjezout
-1/2pakjedrogegist
-100gboter,opkamertemperatuur
-1vanillestokje,merg
Bereiding:
Meel, droge gist, zout en suiker in een kom doen en goed
mengen. Met eieren, boter en vanillemerg aanvullen, dan
lauwwarme melk onder voortdurend roeren toevoegen, tot een
soepel deeg is ontstaan. Het deeg 45 minuten laten rusten,
zodat dit kan rijzen.
Voor het uitbakken wordt grofkorrelige suiker onder het deeg
gekneed. Wafelijzer voorverwarmen en dan kleine deegporties
ca.5-10minutenbakken.Lekker!
Natuurlijk ook bijzonder lekker met chocolade courverture,
dan gewoon de helft van de wafel in een geschikte couverture
dompelen.

2 afgestr. theelepels bakpoeder
