Préparation :
Battezlebeurre,lesucre,lesucrevanilléetlesœufsjusqu'à
obtenir une pâte mousseuse. Rajoutez le mélange farine/
levure chimique petit à petit en alternant avec le lait tout en
délayant. Remplacez une partie du lait par du rhum selon vos
préférences.Lapâtedoitavoirunetextureépaisse.
Faites cuire les gaufres en respectant les consignes données
précédemment.
Avant de servir, saupoudrez les gaufres de sucre glace.
Gaufres à la vanille
Ingrédients :
150 g de beurre ou de margarine
200 g de sucre
4 œufs
Extrait d'une gousse de vanille
Sel
250 g de farine
1 c. à café de levure chimique
1 – 2 c. à soupe de lait concentré
du sucre glace
Préparation :
Mélangezlebeurre,lesucre,lesœufs,lesel,l'extraitdevanille,
la farine et la levure chimique environ 2 minutes à l'aide d'un
batteurélectrique.Ensuite,ajoutezlelaitconcentré.
Gaufres aux pommes
Ingrédients :
150 g de beurre ou de margarine
200 g de sucre
4 œufs
½ 1c.rasedesel
250 g de maïzena
1 1 c. rase de levure chimique
1 1 c. café rase de cannelle
1 pointe de clou de girofle moulu
2 pommes coupées en dés
du sucre glace
