Appuyez et maintenez enfoncée la touche pour allumer/éteindre la balance.
Appuyez sur A ou V pour naviguer entre les modes paramètres 0 à 9. Appuyez sur * pour
conrmer.
Appuyez sur A ou V pour sélectionner Homme ou Femme. Appuyez sur * pour conrmer.
Appuyez sur A ou V pour indiquer votre taille. Appuyez sur * pour conrmer.

Les valeurs clignotent après l'apparition de 0.0. Le poids est d'abord enregistré, puis 
est aché indiquant que la balance est en train d'eectuer l'analyse, ne descendez pas de la
balance. Une fois l'analyse terminée, le poids ainsi que le taux de graisse et d'eau apparaissent
en alternance 4fois avant que la balance ne s'éteigne automatiquement. Comparez votre
résultat de graisse corporelle avec le diagramme Graisse et Eau Corporelles pour avoir
conrmation de votre état corporel.
