6 Gashendel
6.1 Gashendel
De gashendel (B) kan gebruikt worden zodra de ondersteuning ingeschakeld
is. U geeft gas door de gashendel naar u toe te draaien.
Probeer bij het eerste gebruik de gashendel voorzichtig uit om vertrouwd te
raken met de kracht die de gashendel levert.

De bedieningsunit en gashendel kunnen
zowel links als rechts gemonteerd zijn. De
werking is in beide gevallen hetzelfde.
6.2 Boost
De boostfunctie kan de ondersteuning een extra impuls geven tijdens het
etsen.Ditishandigwanneeruiemandwiltinhalenofeenheuvelopetst.
De boostfunctie kan gebruikt worden zodra de e-bike ingeschakeld is*.
Door in stand 1, 2, 3, 4 of 5 de gashendel naar u toe te draaien, krijgt u een
boost. Dit voelt als 'een duwtje in de rug'. Het effect van de boostfunctie
is het sterkst voelbaar in een lage ondersteuningstand, bijvoorbeeld ECO.
Probeer bij het eerste gebruik de deze functie voorzichtig uit om vertrouwd
te raken met de kracht die de boostfunctie levert.
De snelheid valt altijd binnen de wettelijk toegestane snelheid.
Gebruik van de boostfunctie bij lage snelheden kost veel energie. Dit heeft
invloed op de actieradius van de e-bike (zie hoofdstuk 5).
* Als u begint met etsen staat de ondersteuning op 0 en werkt de boostfunctie
niet. Om gebruik te maken van de boostfunctie dient de ondersteuning eerst
ingeschakeld te worden door op de of te drukken, zodat hij in stand 1, 2, 3, 4
of 5 staat.
