Muns au chocolat au cœur fondant
“Simple et délicieux”
Ingredients:
Pour la pâte :
200 g de chocolat noir
50 g de beurre
50 g de sucre
1 c.s. de sucre vanillé
50 g de farine
1 pincée de levure chimique
Récipient :
4 moules à mun
Preparation:
1. Cassez le chocolat en grands morceaux, mettez 4
morceaux et faites fondre dans du beurre.
} Micro-ondes au réglage moyen 2 à 3 minutes
2. Ajoutez les œufs, la farine et le sucre et mélangez avec
un mixeur. Versez le mélange dans les 4 moules à mun
et enfoncez un morceau de chocolat dans chaque mun.
Cuisez dans un four préchaué.
} 180 à 190 °C pendant 15 à 20 minutes ou
} 190 °C au micro-ondes au réglage faible 10 à 15 minutes
3. Saupoudrez d’un peu de sucre glace et servez chaud.

Pommes cuites
“Dessert d’hiver”
Ingredients:
4 pommes
(reinette ou orange cox)
4 c.s. de raisins secs
4 c.s. de noix moulues
4 c.s. de canneberges
1 pincée de menthe
1 c.c. de sucre
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Lavez les pommes, étrognez-les avec un vide-pomme et
placez-les sur une plaque-de cuisson.
2. Mélangez les raisins secs, les noix, les canneberges, la
menthe et le sucre et remplissez les pommes. Chauez la
pomme entière.
} 180 à 190 °C pendant 15 à 20 minutes ou
} Micro-ondes au réglage fort 5 à 7 minutes, laissez
reposer 5 minutes
3. Servez avec de la sauce vanillée ou de la crème glacée à
la vanille.
