Ingrédients :
1 boîte de thon sans huile
1 morceau de concombre
1 petit oignon
2 c.c. de câpres
1 c.c. de jus de citron
Sel et poivre
50 g de fromage râpé
1 à 2 mini-baguettes
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Laissez bien égoutter le thon. Découpez finement le
concombre et l’oignon et mélangez bien avec le thon, les
câpres, le jus de citron, le sel, le poivre et le fromage râpé.
2. Découpez en deux les mini-baguettes et étalez le
mélange de thon dessus. Grillez-les sur la grille.
} Micro-ondes au niveau max. 7 à 9 minutes
3. Servez avec la garniture à la citronnelle.

Ingrédients :
4 tranches de pain grillé
1 c.c. de beurre
8 à 10 tomates-cerises
4 tranches de salami
4 à 5 olives dénoyautées

1 pointe de couteau
d’herbes à pizza
50 g de fromage râpé
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Grillez le pain et tartinez-le de beurre.
2. Découpez en petits morceaux les tomates, le salami, les
olives et les piments forts, mélangez avec du fromage et des
épices puis tartinez sur les tranches de pain.
3. Grillez les toasts de pizza sur la grille.

4. Servez avec une salade mélangée.
