Crabe avec un œuf sur triangles de
pain de mie

Ingrédients :
20 g de beurre
40 g de crabe surgelé
2 œufs
2 c.s. de crème
1 c.s. de persil haché
Sel
2 tranches de pain grillé
découpé en triangles
Poivre fraîchement moulu

Préparation :
1. Mettez le beurre dans le bol et faites-le fondre.
} Four à micro-ondes au niveau max. environ 30 s
2. Ajoutez les œufs, la crème, le persil et le sel, mélangez,
ajoutez le crabe et faites cuire. Remuez de temps en temps.
} Four à micro-ondes au niveau max. 2 à 4 minutes
3. Pendant ce temps, grillez le pain pour qu’il soit doré clair.
Après cuisson, déliez le mélange crabe-œuf et répartissez-le
sur les quatre triangles de pain. Décorez à votre convenance
avec du poivre fraîchement moulu, des tranches de tomate
et une feuille de salade.

Ingrédients :
3 à 4 tomates
1 c.s. de miettes de pain
Sel
Poivre du moulin
1 c.s. de parmesan
fraîchement râpé
1 gousse d’ail
1 c.s. de persil
2 c.s. d’huile d’olive
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Lavez les tomates, enlevez les tiges et découpez-les
latéralement. Placez les tomates côte à côte dans un bol plat
et saupoudrez de sel et poivre.
2. Mélangez les miettes de pain, le parmesan fraîchement
râpé, la gousse d’ail hachée, le persil haché et l’huile d’olive
et répartissez le mélange sur les tomates. Chauez le four
jusqu’à ce que le fromage ait fondu.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage max. 4 à 6 minutes.
3. Laissez refroidir avant de manger.
