Chocolademuns met zacht midden
»eenvoudig en lekker«
Ingrediënten:
Voor de deeg:
200 g donkere chocolade
50 g boter
50 g suiker
1 el. vanillesuiker
50 g bloem
1 snuie bakpoeder
Tafelgerei:
4 munvormen
Preparation:
1. Breek de chocolade in grote stukken, leg 4 stukken
terzijde en smelt de rest in boter.
} Magnetron medium vermogen, 2 - 3 min
2. Voeg de eieren, bloem en suiker toe en meng met behulp
van een mixer. Giet het mengsel in 4 munvormen en druk
een stuk chocolade in elke vorm. Bak in een voorverwarmde
oven.
} 180 - 190 °C 15 - 20 min of
} 190 °C op magnetron laag vermogen, 10 - 15 min
3. Bestrooi met een beetje suikerpoeder en dien op terwijl
de muns nog warm zijn.

Gebakken appels
»nagerecht voor tijdens de winter«
Ingrediënten:
4 appels
(russet of orange cox)
4 tl. rozijnen
4 tl. gemalen noten
4 tl. veenbessen
1 snuie munt
1 tl. suiker
Tafelgerei:
Preparation:
1. Was de appels, verwijder het klokhuis met een appelboor
en leg ze in een ovenschaal.
2. Meng de rozijnen, noten, veenbessen, munt en suiker, en
vul de appels. Verwarm de volledige appel.
} 180 - 190 °C 15 - 20 min of
} Magnetron hoog vermogen, 5 - 7 min, 5 min laten
rusten
3. Dien op met vanillesaus of vanille-ijs.
