Ingrediënten:
150 g boter / margarine
150 g suiker
4 eieren
1 zakje vanillesuiker
250 g bloem
5 g bakpoeder
2 appels
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Meng de boter, suiker en de eieren om een luchtig
mengsel te vormen. Zeef de bloem met het bakpoeder over
het luchtig mengsel en spatel het snel door.
2. Bedek de ovenschaal met bakpapier en giet het deeg in de
schaal.
3. Schil de appels, snij de bovenkant af en druk stervormen
in het deeg.
} 180 - 190 °C 55 - 60 min. of
} 180 °C met magnetron op medium vermogen, 30 - 35 min.
4. Na het bakken, laat circa 5-10 min. in het uitgeschakeld
apparaat rusten.

Sinaasappelbroodjes
»zoete broodjes«
Ingrediënten:
20 g verse gist
2 tl. suiker
125 ml melk
Sap van één sinaasappel
250 g volkorenbloem
1 ei
30 g boter
50 g rozijnen
50 g gemalen noten
50 g gedroogde abrikozen
1/2 tl. zout
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Doe de gist, suiker, warme melk en sinaasappelsap in een
mengkom en voeg vervolgens de bloem toe. Voeg het ei,
boter, rozijnen, noten, gehakte abrikozenstukjes en zout toe
en kneed het deeg totdat het niet langer aan de rand van de
kom kleeft. Dek af en laat circa 30 min. rusten.
2. Kneed het deeg, vorm in een brood en splits in 10 gelijke
stukken. Maak ronde broodjes met bebloemde handen en leg
ze op bakpapier, besprenkel met water en laat oprijzen.
3. Bak in een voorverwarmde oven.
} 170 - 180 °C 25 - 30 min.
