Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Reinig de groente, was, bereid volgens uw smaak:
snij in stikken of schijven of snij in bloempjes.
2. Doe de bereide groente in de ovenschaal en giet de
zure room met de gemengder kruiden erover. Meng de fijn
gehakte ham volgens uw smaak, bestrooi overvloedig met
de geraspte kaas en gratineer.
} Grill met magnetron, hoog vermogen, 10 - 15 min. of
} Magnetron hoog vermogen, 10 - 12 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
3. Laat circa 5 - 10 minuten sudderen alvorens op te dienen.

Ingrediënten:
2 medium
courgette (circa 500 g)
150 g gekookte
tarwekorrel
1 kleine ui
100 g magere kwark
1 ei
Kruidenzout
Verse kruiden (bijv.
pepermunt, citroenmelisse,
peterselie)
100 g geraspte kaas
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de courgettes, snij ze overlangs, lepel uit en leg het
vruchtvlees terzijde.
2. Breng de courgettes aan de kook met de uitgelepelde
zijde naar onder gericht en afgedekt.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 3 tot 5 min
3. Maak de vulling. Breng de tarwekorrels, ui en de pulp door
een vleesmolen. Voeg roomkaas, ei, specerijen en kruiden
toe en meng grondig.
4. Vul de courgettes met het korrelmengsel, leg ze in de
ovenschaal en bestrooi met kaas. Laat het volledig aoelen.
} Grill met magnetron, hoog vermogen, 9 - 10 min. of
Magnetron, max. vermogen, 8 - 9 min.
