125 ml melk
50 g zwarte olijven
1 tot 2 stengels basilicum
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Plet de schapenmelkkaas met een vork, roer samen met
de bloem en melk tot een gladde consistentie en verwarm al
roerend.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 3 tot 4 min
2. Ontpit de olijven en snij in blokjes Was de basilicum,
draai droog, hak fijn en voeg het al roerend aan de saus toe.
Verwarm kortstondig.

} Tip: Andere kaassoorten, zoals gorgonzola, kunnen op
dezelfde manier worden bereid.

Ingrediënten:
100 g boter
3 dooiers
1 el. citroensap
2 el. water
1 tl. witte wijnazijn
Zout
Witte peper
Rode peper
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Smelt de boter in een kleine kom.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 1 tot 2 min
2. Roer de dooier, citroensap, water en witte wijnazijn stevig
in de pan en verwarm het mengsel.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
3. Voeg de boter druppel voor druppel al roerend aan het
dooiermengsel toe met behulp van een klopper. Breng op
smaak met de kruiden en verwarm nogmaals kortstondig.
Roer tussendoor stevig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, circa 1 min
4. Dien zo snel mogelijk op.
