Ingredients:
1 red and 1 yellow
paprika pepper
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. of honey
Salt
Pepper from the mill
3 tbsp. Balsamico vinegar
Basil
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the paprika peppers and cut them into wide stripes.
Finely dice the garlic clove. Add olive oil and steam while
covered.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 6 to 8 min
2. Mix in the honey, the spices, and thebalsamic and let it
marinate until serving. Decorate with basil as desired.

Tomato soup
»especially good made from fully ripe tomatoes«
Ingredients:
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp. of olive oil
750 g tomatoes, fresh
or from the tin
250 mL vegetable broth
1/2 cup (100 g) cream
Pepper
Salt
1 pinch of sugar
1 to 2 stalks of basil
4 tsp. of crème fraîche
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Dice the onion and the garlic very fine and steam it in
olive oil until glassy.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
2. Wash fresh tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, and
steam them covered until soft.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 7 to 10 min
3. Puree with a hand mixer or pass through a fine sieve. Stir
in the liquid and the cream. Season with spices and chopped
basil and heat for a short time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 2 to 3 min
4. Serve decorated with basil leaves and crème fraîche.
