Ingrediënten:
500 g rabarber
300 g aardbeien
2 el. suiker
125 ml water of
vruchtensap
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de rabarber, schil geen jonge rabarber, verwijder
oudere stukken en snij in stukken van circa 2 cm lang.
Onttrek de aardbeien en snij ze in tweeën.
2. Kook de rabarberstukken en de aardbeien met de suiker
en water terwijl afgedekt.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 5 tot 7 min
3. Houd koel tot wanneer opgediend.

Ingrediënten:
150 g aalbessen
150 g frambozen
150 g aardbeien
150 g kersen
2 el. suiker
250 ml water of rode
vruchtensap
1 el. vanillesuiker
2 el. maïzena
5 el. water
2 el. citroensap
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Bereid het fruit voor, was en verwijder de bloesems en
ontpit de kersen.
2. Verwarm de vruchten met de suiker en het vruchtensap
terwijl afgedekt.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
3. Meng de maïzena met water, voeg al roerend aan de
vruchten toe en breng nogmaals aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 6 min
4. Giet de warme vruchtengelei in de dessertkommen en
laat aoelen. Na het aoelen, dien op met semi opgeklopte
room.
} Tip: Bereid de vruchtengelei minstens enkele uren voor
gebruik, ideaal een dag op voorhand.
