Gestoomde noedels

Ingrediënten:
Voor de gistdeeg:
circa 200 ml melk
2 el. suiker
1/2 blokje (20 g) gist
250 g bloem
1 snuie zout
20 g boter of
margarine
1 ei
7 tl. pruimenmoes
Om te koken:
125 ml melk
25 g suiker
1 tl. boter
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Warm de melk met de suiker kortstondig in de mengkom.
} Magnetron medium vermogen, circa 30 sec
2. Los de gist in lauwe melk op en voeg de bloem al zevend
toe. Voeg zout, ei en de zachte boter toe. Kneed totdat de
deeg van de rand van de kom loskomt. Laat de deeg circa
15 minuten rijzen totdat het volume aan deeg is verdubbeld.
3. Doe de melk, boter en suiker in een pan en verwarm
kortstondig.
} Magnetron medium vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
4. Splits de deeg in gelijke porties, vorm knoedels en, indien
gewenst, vul elke knoedel met een theelepel pruimenmoes.
Leg de gevormde knoedels in de lauwe vloeistof. Dek de
kom af met een deksel. Laat ze nogmaals rijzen en breng
vervolgens aan de kook.
} Magnetron laagste vermogen, 5 tot 7 min
} Magnetron hoog vermogen, 7 tot 10 min
5. Houd de stoofpan gesloten totdat de knoedels
worden opgediend. Dien op met vanillesaus, Italiaanse
zabaglionesaus of vruchtensaus.

Kaneel
1 tl. pistachenoten
1 el. opgeklopte room
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Schil de banaan, snij overlangs in tweeën en plaats in een
dessertschaal. Besprenkel met honing en kaneel. Verwarm
zonder deksel.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, circa 1 min
2. Besprenkel met gehakte pistachenoten en dien op met
een klompje room.
