Aardappelgratin
»Een klassieker«
Ingrediënten:
500 g aardappelen
Salieblaadjes
150 g room
Zout
Peper
50 g geraspte kaas
(bijv. Parmezaanse kaas of
Emmentaler)
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de aardappelen, schil, snij in dunne schijven en leg
ze in een ovenschaal met waaiervormige salieblaadjes
ertussen.
2. Meng room en de kruiden, giet over de aardappelen,
bestrooi met kaas en gril met gebruik van de
combinatiemodus.
} Grill met magnetron, hoog vermogen, 10 - 15 min. of
} Magnetron hoog vermogen, 9 - 10 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
3. Laat circa 5 - 10 minuten sudderen alvorens op te dienen.

Rolletjes gevuld met aubergine en
schapenkaas

Ingrediënten:
2 aubergines
(circa 400 g)
200 g schapenkaas
Rosemarijntakjes
Citroensap
1 teentje knoflook
Vers gemalen peper
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de aubergines, snij de steel af en droog ze. Snij
overlangs in dunne reepjes en borstel met olijfolie. Plaats
de reepjes in porties op het rooster en gril. Draai om aan de
helft van de tijd.
} Grill met magnetron, hoog vermogen, 5 - 10 min. of
2. Rol een stukje schapenkaas met een rozemarijntakje in
de gegrilde auberginereepjes en plaats in een ovenschaal.
Besprenkel met citroensap, voeg knoflook, peper en de
resterende kaas toe. Verwarm vervolgens.
} Grill met magnetron, max. vermogen, 5 - 10 min.
3. Dien warm op met wit brood of gegrild vlees.
