2. Laat circa 2 tot 3 minuten sudderen alvorens op te dienen.
} Tip: U kunt de aardappelen tevens in bakpapier wikkelen
en ze rechtstreeks op het draaiplateau koken.

Ingrediënten:
500 g aardappelen
5 el. water
Zout
Peterselie, fijngehakt
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Schil de aardappelen, snij ze in stukken van gelijke grootte
en breng afgedekt aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 8 tot 11 min
2. Laat ze circa 5 minuten sudderen alvorens op te dienen,
breng lichtjes op smaak met zout en bestrooi met peterselie.

600 g aardappelen

1 el. olie
125 ml groentebouillon
Grote hoeveelheid kruiden

Bereiding:
1. Was en schil de aardappelen, snij ze in blokjes van
gelijke grootte, hak de ui fijn. Breng samen met de olie en
plantaardige olie afgedekt aan de kook. Roer regelmatig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 10 tot 12 min
2. Voeg de kruiden toe en laat circa 5 minuten stoven. Breng
op smaak alvorens op te dienen.
