500 g lamsribbetjes, zwart

Voor pikante pasta:
100 g gepelde tomaten
2 el. sangrita

1 el. honing
1 el. olijfolie
1 el. rode
wijnazijn
1 el.
Tabascosaus
1 tl. milde peper
1 teentje knoflook
1 el. groene
peperbollen
Gerechten:
Bereiding:
1. Was en dep de lamsribbetjes droog, voeg zout en peper
toe.
2. Bereid de pikante pasta: snij de tomaten, voeg de sangrita
picante, honing, olijfolie, rode wijnazijn, Tabascosaus,
gemalen rode peper, het geplet teentje knoflook en de
peperbollen al roerend toe en verwarm.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 5 tot 7 min
3. Borstel de lamsribbetjes met de pasta en gril ze op het
rooster. Draai de ribbetjes tijdens het grillen en zorg dat
het vlees niet te donker wordt, de honing en gemalen rode
peper kunnen makkelijk verbranden.
} Grill met magnetron, hoog vermogen, 10 - 15 min. of
} Magnetron hoog vermogen, 10 - 12 min. + grill 5 - 10 min.
4. Laat circa 3 minuten sudderen. Dien op met brood en
salade en de resterende pasta.

Kalkoengoulash met bonen
»eenvoudig recep
Ingrediënten:
1 kalkoenfilet
(circa 150 g)
1 sneetje spek
1 kleine ui
1 teentje knoflook
1 el. olie
2 el. witte bonen
2 el. rode bonen
2 el. maïs
Rode paprika
Peper, zout
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Snij de kalkoenfilet en het spek in reepjes, schil de ui en
de knoflook en hak in fijne stukjes. Stoom het geheel lichtjes
in olie.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
2. Voeg de bonen, maïs en kruiden toe en breng afgedekt
aan de kook. Roer regelmatig.
Magnetron max. vermogen, 3 tot 4 min
3. Laat circa 3 minuten sudderen. Breng op smaak en dien op
met aardappelpuree.
