Sauce de fruits
“Va bien avec une crème glacée ou des desserts sucrés”
Ingrédients :
300 g de fruits
(par ex. : fraises,
cerises,
abricots, pêches,
ananas ou kiwi)
1 c.c. de jus de citron
1 c.c. d’amidon de maïs
2 à 3 c.c. de sucre
Au choix :
1 c.s. d’alcool de fruit, de
kirsch ou de liqueur de fruit
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Préparez les fruits, lavez rapidement et si nécessaire
dénoyautez-les, découpez-les en petits morceaux et
réduisez-les en purée avec le jus de citron.
2. Rajoutez de l’eau à la pulpe de fruits pour atteindre un
volume de 375 ml. Remuez l’amidon avec le sucre, mélangez
bien avec la pulpe de fruits et portez à ébullition avec un
couvercle. Remuez de temps en temps.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage max. 5 à 6 minutes
3. Mélangez bien la sauce chaude, ajoutez éventuellement
de l’alcool, assaisonnez et servez.

Fondue au chocolat
“Pour les fêtes d’anniversaire des enfants”
Ingrédients :
100 g de chocolat mi-sucré
1 c.s. de crème
300 g de fruits
(par ex. : fraises,
cerises,
abricots, pêches,
ananas ou bananes)
1 c.c. de jus de citron
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Découpez les fruits en morceaux de la taille d’une
bouchée et arrosez-les de jus de citron.
2. Cassez le chocolat en morceaux et mélangez-le avec la
crème dans un récipient ignifuge. Remuez de temps en
temps.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage moyen 1 à 2 minutes
3. Sur la table, gardez le chocolat au chaud dans un
caquelon. Faites des brochettes de fruits et trempez-les
dans le chocolat.
