Ingrédients :
500 g de pommes de terre
Feuilles de sauge
150 g de crème
Sel
Poivre
50 g de fromage râpé
(par ex. : parmesan ou
emmental)

Préparation :
1. Lavez les pommes de terre, épluchez-les, découpez-les en
fines tranches et mettez-les dans un plat en y insérant des
feuilles de sauge en forme d’éventail.
2. Mélangez la crème et les épices, versez-les par-dessus les
pommes de terre, saupoudrez de fromage et faites griller en
combinaison micro-ondes + élément chauant.
} Gril et micro-ondes, niveau fort, 10 à 15 minutes, ou
} Micro-ondes à niveau fort, 9 à 10 minutes + gril 5 à
10 minutes
3. Laissez mijoter pendant 5 à 10 minutes avant de servir.

Ingrédients :
2 aubergines
(environ 400 g)
200 g de fromage de chèvre
Branches de romarin
Jus de citron
1 gousse d’ail
Poivre fraîchement moulu
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Lavez les aubergines, découpez les tiges et séchez-les.
Découpez-les dans le sens de la longueur en fines tranches
et brossez-les avec de l’huile d’olive. Placez les tranches en
portions sur la grille et le gril. Retournez à mi-durée.
} Gril et micro-ondes, niveau fort, 5 à 10 minutes, ou
2. Roulez un morceau de fromage de brebis avec une
branche de romarin dans les tranches d’aubergine grillées
et et les mettre dans un plat. Saupoudrez de jus de citron,
ajoutez l’ail, le poivre et le restant de fromage. Ensuite,
chauez-les.
} Gril et micro-ondes, niveau max., 5 à 10 minutes
3. Servez chaud avec du pain blanc ou de la viande grillée.
