Zubereitung:
1. Die Brotscheiben toasten, mit Butter bestreichen.
2. Tomaten, Salami, Oliven und Peperoni klein schneiden,
mit Käse und den Gewürzen vermischen und auf die Toast-
brotscheiben verteilen.
3. Die Pizzatoasts am Rost überbacken.
` Grill mit Mikrowelle mittlerer Stufe 7 - 9 Min.
4. Mit einen gemischten Salat servieren.
Thunfisch-Baguette
»pikanter Snack«
Zubereitung:
1. Den Thunfisch gut abtropfen lassen. Gurke und Zwiebel
fein würfeln und mit dem Thunfisch, den Kapern, dem
Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeer und den geriebenen Käse gut
vermischen.
2. Baguette-Brötchen halbieren und die Thunfischmasse
darauf verteilen. Am Rost überbacken
` Grill mit Mikrowelle mittlerer Stufe 7 - 9 Min.
3. Mit Zitronemelisse garniert servieren.

pro Port. ca. 803 kJ/192 kcal
Zutaten:
1 Dose Thunfisch ohne Öl
1 Stück Salatgurke
1 kleine Zwiebel
2 Teel. Kapern
1 Teel. Zitronensaft
Salz, Pfeer
50 g geriebener Käse
1 - 2 Baguette-Brötchen

pro Port. ca. 1036 kJ/248 kcal

4 Scheiben Toastbrot
