1 bundel peterselie
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was en reinig de groente. Verwijder de zaden uit de
paprika’s en snij ze in brede repen. Snij de courgettes in
schijven, hak de ui grof.
2. Breng de groente in boter en afgedekt aan de kook. Roer
regelmatig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 10 tot 15 min
3. Alvorens op te dienen, breng op smaak, meng met de
gehakte peterselie en laat 2 tot 3 minuten sudderen terwijl
nog steeds afgedekt.

Knolraap-groente
»favoriet bij kinderen«
Ingrediënten:
600 g knolraap
1 el. boter
Zout
Nootmuskaat
Witte peper
50 ml vloeistof
(groentebouillon/melk)
1 el. geraspte kaas
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de knolraap, schil, snij in reepjes, bedek met boter en
een beetje zout, stoom tot zacht en roer regelmatig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 7 tot 9 min
2. Was ondertussen de zachte groene middelste bladeren en
hak fijn.
3. Voeg de nootmuskaat, geraspte kaas, vloeistof en de
fijn gehakte bladeren al roerend toe. Houd aan de kook
aankelijk van de kookstatus.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
4. Alvorens op te dienen, roer nogmaals stevig door, breng
op smaak en laat 1 tot 2 minuten sudderen.
