1. Cassez le chocolat en morceaux et faites-le fondre dans
un pot à lait ou un récipient. Remuez de temps en temps.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage moyen 2 à 3 minutes.
2. Incorporez au lait avec un petit œuf battu et chauez.
Remuez de temps en temps.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage max. 3 à 4 minutes.
3. Sucrez si nécessaire.

“Quand il fait froid”
Ingrédients :
2 c.c. de sucre
150 ml d’eau
50 ml de rhum
Jus de 2 citrons
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Chauez le sucre avec l’eau dans une tasse. Placez une
cuillère à café dans la tasse afin d’empêcher le retard à
l’ébullition.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage max. 1 à 2 minutes.
2. Ajoutez le rhum et le jus de citron et mélangez.

Vin chaud
“Pour Noël”
Ingrédients :
400 ml de vin rouge
1 à 2 clous de girofle
1/2 bâton de cannelle
Au choix :
1 à 2 c.c. de sucre
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Chauez le vin rouge avec les épices dans un récipient
sans métal.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage max. 2 à 3 minutes.
2. Laissez mijoter 2 à 3 minutes dans l’appareil éteint, filtrez
puis servez dans des tasses. Selon le vin rouge et votre
goût, sucrez légèrement.
