Ingrédients :
1 c.c. d’amidon de maïs
3 jaunes d’œuf
3 c.s. de sucre
1 c.c. de jus d’orange
100 ml de marsala ou de
porto

Préparation :
1. Pelez les oranges avec un couteau, gardez la chair et
répartissez-la dans trois petits bols en verre.
2. Mélangez l’amidon, le jaune d’œuf, le sucre, le jus de citron
et le marsala ou le porto avec un œuf battu dans le plat de
cuisson. Chauez et remuez de temps en temps
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage fort 2 à 3 minutes.
3. Répartissez la crème sur les quartiers d’orange réparti
tant qu’elle est encore chaude. Servez saupoudré de
cannelle.

Panna cotta
“Un dessert classique”
Ingrédients :
1 gousse de vanille
400 ml de crème
40 g de sucre
2 feuilles de gélatine légère
Récipient :
Préparation :
1. Frappez la gousse de vanille avec le dos d’un couteau,
fendez-la, placez-la dans le plat de cuisson avec le sucre et
la crème, mélangez et chauez.
} Four à micro-ondes au réglage max. 5 à 7 minutes.
2. Faites tremper les feuilles de gélatine environ 5 minutes,
pressez-les et mélangez à la crème chaude. Enlevez la
gousse de vanille et remplissez quatre moules avec le
mélange de crème. Gardez au frais 6 heures pour que la
crème fige.
3. Démoulez, puis servez avec une sauce de fruits.
