Cod in a bed of vegetables

Ingredients:
450 g cod fillet
or plaice fillet
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt
Pepper
1 leek
2 carrots
1 parsley root
1/2 small celery root
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Clean the fresh fish, let the deep-frozen fillet a little,
sprinkle with lemon juice, and let it simmer.
2. In the meantime, wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the
leek into thin rings, the carrots, the parsley roots, and the
celery into small dice, and start cooking while covered.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 7 to 9 min
3. Place the fish fillets onto the vegetables, with the thinner
parts overlapping, and continue cooking while covered.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 6 to 10 min
4. Season lightly with salt and pepper and let it simmer for
3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with boiled
potatoes.

Pollock in lemon sauce

Ingredients:
150 g fresh
Pollock fillet
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 small onion
2 tsp. of butter
50 mL white wine
3 tbsp. of cream
1 pinch of lemon peel,
Salt
Lemon pepper
1 pinch of sugar
1 tomato
1/2 bunch of lemon balm
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the pollock fillets, cut them into half, and sprinkle
with lemon juice.
2. Place the fish fillets onto the chopped onions and add
the spices, the butter, the white wine and the cream. Cook
covered.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 4 to 6 min
3. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and quarter them,
then remove the stalk. Pluck the lemon balm from the stalks
and finely chop it.
4. Let the pollock fillet simmer. Heat the tomatoes
separately and serve them sprinkled with lemon balm as a
side dish to rice.
