Bunte Wurstspieße auf Gemüse
»Single-Rezept«
Zubereitung:
1. Gemüse waschen und putzen. Zwiebel und Tomaten ach-
teln, Paprika entkernen und in größere Stücke schneiden.
2. Bockwurst in Stücke schneiden und abwechselnd mit
dem Gemüse auf die Holzspieße stecken.
3. Das restliche Gemüse fein hacken, mit dem Mais und den
Gewürzen in Öl zugedeckt dünsten. Einmal umrühren.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 2 - 3 Min.
4. Das Gemüse zugedeckt nachgaren lassen und die Spieße
garen. Einmal wenden.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 2 - 3 Min.
5. Die Spieße nach Belieben würzen und mit dem Gemüse
übergießen.
Kasseler in Apfelkraut
»ganz einfach und schnell«
Zubereitung:
1. Apfel schälen und grob raspeln, mit Butterschmalz kurz
andünsten.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 1 - 2 Min.
2. Sauerkraut und Gewürze hinzufügen, durchmischen.
Kasselerscheiben ins Kraut legen und zugedeckt garen.
Zwischendurch umrühren.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 14 - 18 Min.
3. Vor dem Servieren ca. 3 Min. nachgaren lassen und zu
Kartoelbrei reichen.
4 Portionen,
