Bärlauchsuppe
»besonders gut im Frühling«
Zubereitung:
1. Zwiebel und Knoblauch sehr fein schneiden , den Bär-
lauch waschen und klein hacken. Mit der Hälfte der Brühe
und dem Oliven öl dünsten.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 4 - 5 Min.
2. Gewürze, die restliche Brühe und die Sahne hinzu fügen,
auochen lassen.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 4 - 5 Min.
3. Mit dem Mixstab pürieren, abschmecken, evtl. nochmals
kurz erhitzen.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 2 - 3 Min.
4. Mit gerösteten Toastbrotwürfeln servieren.
4 Portionen,
pro Port. ca. 840 kJ/201 kcal
Zutaten:
1 kleine Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
4 Essl. Olivenöl
1 Bund Bärlauchh
250 ml Gemüsebrühe
1/2 Becher (100 g) Sahne
Pfeer
Salz
1 - 2 Stengel Basilikum
2 Scheiben Toast
Geschirr:
Karottencremesuppe
»feine Vorspeise«
Zubereitung:
1. Zwiebel fein hacken und in Butter dünsten.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 1 - 2 Min.
2. Karotten waschen, putzen, klein schneiden, zur Zwiebel
geben, 125 ml Brühe aufgießen und zugedeckt weich
dünsten.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 13 - 15 Min.
3. Mehl untermischen und mit dem Pürierstab bzw. im
Mixer pürieren. Restliche Brühe, Milch und Sahne dazu-
gießen, zugedeckt auochen lassen.
` Mikrowelle maximale Stufe 4 - 5 Min.
4. Abschmecken und mit Petersilie garniert servieren.
