Ingrediënten:
1 bockworst
1 ui
2 tomaten
1/2 groene paprika
3 el. maïs in
blik
1 el. olie
1 el. tomatenpuree
Kerrie
Rode peper
Paprikapoeder
Tafelgerei:
2 vleespennen
Bereiding:
1. Was en reinig de groente. Snij de ui en tomaten elk in 8
stukken, verwijder de paprikazaden en snij de paprika in
grote stukken.
2. Snij de bockworst in stukken en steek ze afgewisseld met
de groente op de vleespennen.
3. Hak de resterende groente fijn en stoom ze samen met de
maïs en de kruiden in olie terwijl afgedekt. Roer eenmaal.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
4. Laat de groente sudderen terwijl afgedekt en laat de
brochettes gaar worden. Draai eenmaal om.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
5. Breng de brochettes op smaak en giet de groente over de
brochettes.

Gerookt varkensvlees in appelstroop
»zeer eenvoudig en snel«
Ingrediënten:
4 sneetjes gerookt
varkensvlees
(circa 800 g)
1 appel
1 tl. uitgesmolten boter
1 blikje zuurkool
2 laurierblaadjes
4 jeneverbessen
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
} 1. Schil de appel, rasp grof en stoom in een beetje
uitgesmolten boter.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 1 tot 2 min
} 2. Voeg de zuurkool en kruiden toe, meng, plaats de
sneetjes gerookt varkensvlees in de zuurkool en breng
afgedekt aan de kook. Roer regelmatig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 14 tot 18 min
} 3. Alvorens op te dienen, laat circa 3 minuten sudderen.
Dien op met aardappelpuree.
