5. Veeg een paar keer van rechts naar links tot je Alles ziet.

6. Blader naar beneden tot je de naam van de app vindt die de problemen veroorzaakt.

7. Tik op de naam van de app.

8. Tik op Verwijderen.

9. Tik op OK.

De app opnieuw installeren:

1. Tik op het Home-pictogram op je Kobo Arc 10HD.

2. Tik op het pictogram Alle apps.

3. Tik op het pictogram Apps downloaden.

4. Zoek en download de app via Google Play.

5. Tik op de knop Downloaden. De download zal automatisch beginnen.

6. Tik op Openenen kijk of het opnieuw installeren van je app het probleem heeft

verholpen.

Problemen oplossen met Wi-Fi

Als je problemen hebt om een Wi-Fi-verbinding tot stand te brengen of om verbonden te

blijven, zijn dit enkele tips die je kunt proberen:

• Controleer of de Wi-Fi aan staat.

• Controleer of er draadloze netwerken in je buurt zijn.

• Schakel de Wi-Fi uit en vervolgens weer aan.
