Patatas fritas caseras perfectas
Raciones: 2
Temperatura: 160 °C (antes de
freír) und 200 °C (mientras se fríen)
Tiempo: 20-25 minutos
Ingredientes:
600 g de patatas
Aceite y una bolsa de plástico
Preparación:
1. Pele las patatas y córtelas en tiras de 8 mm de grosor.
2. Ponga las patatas a remojo durante 20 minutos para quitar
el almidón.
3. Seque las patatas completamente.
4. Introduzca las patatas y el aceite dentro de la bolsa de plá-
stico y agítela hasta que el aceite se haya distribuido uni-
formemente.
5. Coloque el recipiente dentro del aparato e instale el removedor.
6. Distribuya las patatas uniformemente en el recipiente.
7. Seleccione la función Stir-fry.
8. Seleccione 160 °C de temperatura y 5 minutos de tiempo
(antes de freír).
9. Cuando haya finalizado este paso previo, seleccione 200 °C
de temperatura y 20 minutos de tiempo y ponga en mar-
cha el aparato.
10. Cuando las patatas estén doradas y crujientes estarán lis-
tas. Pruebe las patatas y ajuste el tiempo si fuera necesario.
11. Sirva las patatas inmediatamente para que se mantengan
crujientes.
12. Deje que el aparato se enfríe por completo antes de lim-
piarlo.
Patatas con nuggets de pollo
Raciones: 2
Temperatura: predeterminada
Tiempo: predeterminado
Ingredientes:
200 g de patatas congeladas
200 g de nuggets de pollo
Preparación:
1. Coloque el recipiente dentro del aparato e instale el remo-
vedor. Distribuya las patatas y los nuggets de pollo unifor-
memente en el recipiente.
2. Seleccione la función Stir-fry e inicie el aparato.
3. Los nuggets de pollo estarán listos cuando adquieran un
color dorado. Si los nuggets todavía no están listos cuando
haya transcurrido el tiempo, ajústelo como corresponda.
4. Sirva el plato directamente tras la cocción para degustar las
patatas y los nuggets crujientes.
5. Deje que el aparato se enfríe por completo antes de lim-
piarlo.
Consejo: el tiempo de cocción depende del tamaño de los
nuggets de pollo.
