So bauen Sie das Gerät zusammen:

1. Stecken Sie das Schneckengewinde mit dem Plastikteil voraus ins Schneidege-

häuse. Setzen Sie dann das Schneidemesser auf das Gewinde. Die Schneidkan-

ten sollten nach vorne zeigen. Setzen Sie dann die gewünschte Mahlscheibe ein

(je nachdem, wie fein das Ergebnis sein soll). Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Ker-

be an der Schleifscheibe auf die Vorsprünge des Fleischwolfkopfes passt. Drehen

Sie den Schraubring in Pfeilrichtung zu, bis er fest sitzt.

2. Befestigen Sie das Schneidegehäuse am Motorblock.

3. Setzen Sie den Aufsatz auf das Schneidegehäuse.

4. Benutzen Sie den Einfüllschieber, um die Fleischstücke einzufüllen.

So zerkleinern Sie Fleisch:

Schneiden Sie das Fleisch in 10 cm lange und 2 cm dicke Streifen. Entfernen Sie

Knochen, Knorpel und Sehnen so gut wie möglich. WICHTIG: Verwenden Sie nie-

mals gefrorenes Fleisch!

Legen Sie die Fleischstreifen auf die Auflage. Schieben Sie die Streifen mit dem Ein-

füllschieber in den Schacht.

HINWEIS: Verwenden Sie zur Herstellung von Tartar die mittlere Mahlscheibe und

zerkleinern Sie das Fleisch 2 Mal.
