4. Push drip carafe on keeping warm plate, pay attention to let center line of carafe aligns with that of funnel.
5. Press ON /OFF switch, the red indicator will be illuminated and coee will drop out automatically
after a while. Note: at any time, you can take out carafe to serve but the time cannot exceed 30
seconds, otherwise the coee may overow from the edge of funnel.
6. The coee maker will turn to keeping warm mode if brewing coee is nished. At the time you
can cut o power.
7. Press the ON/OFF switch, the red indicator is illuminated,and timing starts at this moment.Then
the machine will turned o automatically after 7 minutes 30 seconds.
WARNING: Do not leave the coee maker unattended during making the coee, as you need operate
manually sometimes!
Cleaning And Maintenance
1. Cut o power source and let the coee maker cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Clean housing of coee maker with moisture-proof sponge often and clean water tank, drip tray
and removable shelf regularly then dry them. Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanser.
Never immerse the housing in water for cleaning.
3. Detach the metal funnel through turn it clockwise, get rid of coee residue inside, then you can
clean it with cleanser, but at last you must rinse with clear water.
4. Clean all the attachments in the water and dry thoroughly.
Cleaning Mineral Deposits
To keep your coee maker operating eciently, you should clean away the mineral deposits left by the
water every three months or according to the water quality in your area and the frequency use the appliance,
the detail is as follows: ll the carafe with one part of white vinegar and three parts of cold water, pour the
water and vinegar mixture into the tank, do not place into coee ground, brewing the water-vinegar solution
per “Before the rst use”, repeat it until no yellow liquid comes out if necessary, then pour out the mixture,
brewing with tap water until no vinegar odor is left.
