La durata standard per frullare è di 30-60 secondi. Per tritare le cipolle, utilizzare il tasto PULSE per evitare di
tritarle troppo finemente.
Se gli ingredienti rimangano attaccati alla lama o alla ciotola, seguire le seguenti istruzioni:
1. Staccare la spina dalla presa.
2. Rimuovere il coperchio dalla ciotola.
3. Utilizzare la spatola per rimuovere i pezzi dalla lama o dalle pareti della ciotola.
Assemblare e utilizzare le grattugie
Non spingere mai gli ingredienti nell’imbuto con le dita o con altri oggetti.
Utilizzare sempre il mortaio. Non lasciare il dispositivo in funzione per un
tempo prolungato quando si frullano ingredienti solidi come ad esempio
formaggio: gli ingredienti potrebbero surriscaldarsi e sciogliersi. Le grat-
tugie non sono adatte a spezzettare il cioccolato: utilizzare la lama. Non
riempire la ciotola oltre il segno MAX.
Ecco come preparare gli ingredienti:
• Tagliare gli ingredienti in pezzi più piccoli, in modo da introdurli facil-
mente nell’imbuto. Riempire l’imbuto in maniera uniforme.
• Utilizzare una velocità più bassa per frullare ingredienti morbidi per
evitare di ridurli in poltiglia.
• Se gli ingredienti hanno un diametro piccolo, inserire il mortaio esterno
per ridurre diametro dell’imbuto. Servirsi del mortaio interno per spin-
gere gli ingredienti all’interno dell’imbuto.
• Se si devono frullare grandi quantità di ingredienti, frullare sempre una
piccola quantità per volta e svuotare la ciotola tra un ciclo e l’altro.
Assemblare e utilizzare la frusta
Usare la frusta per montare la panna, le uova, l’albume e preparare il budino, la mayon-
naise o i biscotti.
La frusta non è adatta a preparare miscele per dolci fatti con il burro o con la margarina o
per impastare: in questi casi utilizzare dispositivi da cucina appositi.
Non riempire la ciotola oltre il segno MAX.
• Prima di montare l’albume, assicurarsi che la frusta sia asciutta e pulita.
• Pulire la frusta dopo ogni utilizzo.
