REINIGUNG DES DOSIERMECHANISMUS
Die Bierzapfanlage muss hygienischen Ansprüchen gerecht werden. Sie muss vor der
ersten Verwendung gereinigt werden und nach einer langen Zeit der Nichtbenutzung.
Reinigen Sie die ganze Maschine mit einem trockenen Tuch. Darüber hinaus gibt es 2
empfehlenswerte Reinigungshinweise:
1. Füllen Sie warmes Wasser in das Reinigungsset.
2. Schließen Sie das Ende der Anstichnadel an. Pressen Sie das Wasser in die
Anstichnadel, um das Zulaufrohr zu reinigen. Drücken Sie das Wasser aus dem
Bierschlauch am anderen Ende heraus. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis der
Bierschlauch sauber ist. Sie benötigen mindestens 3 Flaschen warmes Wasser).
Reinigen Sie den Dosiermechnismus wie im Bild unten. Zerlegen Sie den Zapfhahn
beim Reinigen.

• Beim Reinigen des Bierschlauchs, Zapfhahn öffnen.
• Dieser Anschluss muss mit der Reinigungspatrone verbunden werden.
Reinigungspatrone
Hinweis: Geben Sie den Dosiermechanismus nie in die Waschmaschine oder den
Geschirrspüler. Verwenden Sie nie chemische Reinigungsmittel, um die Teile zu
reinigen. Verwenden Sie möglichst warmes, sauberes Wasser.

  • We have a klarstein which has been working perfectly but is now showing temps up to 41 although it is set to 6 and is chilling the beer fine. Confused as to why the temp would be so high? Any help appreciated... Submitted on 15-6-2021 at 19:02

  • I can't get the gas to push out the lager in the barrel. It just dribbles out. I've changed canister. Submitted on 10-6-2021 at 18:33
