Conservare beef jerky e carne essiccata
Avvolgere la carne essiccata in carta stagnola e conservarla in una spessa busta di
plastica o in un barattolo di vetro con coperchio. Evitare di conservarla in contenitori
o buste di plastica senza averla avvolta in carta alluminio o carta cerata. La carne
essiccata deve essere conservata in un luogo buio, asciutto e a temperature tra 10 e 16
°C. La carne essiccata può essere conservata a temperatura ambiente per 1-2 mesi.
Per prolungare la conservabilità no a 6 mesi, conservarla in frigorifero. Assicurarsi di
segnare e mettere la data su tutti i pacchetti.
