Mezclador tipo mariposa
Solo puede utilizarse junto con la cuchilla. El mezclado es adecuado para
calentar leche, para crema de mantequilla, para batir claras y para preparar
purés de frutas.
IMPORTANTE
No utilice el mezclador de mariposa para hacer masa o sopas. Si utiliza el
mezclador de mariposa, la velocidad debe ser interior a 4. No introduzca más
de 1,5 litros o 700 g de recipientes. Retire el mezclador de mariposa cuando
utilice la función AUTO.
Cuchillas
La cuchilla es adecuada para mezclar y triturar alimentos blancos, sólidos y
líquidos. Cuando coloque la cuchilla en su soporte, presiónela hasta que escu-
che un chasquido y esta quede encajada. Para sopas y comidas con grumos,
no utilice más de 700 g de ingredientes.
IMPORTANTE
La cantidad total no debe sobrepasar 1,5 l. La cuchilla y el mezclador de ma-
riposa no son aptos para hacer masa.
Función de amasado
Para preparar masa para pan o levadura. Basándose en el tiempo máximo
programado de 5 minutos, el programa es adecuado para:
• Hacer masa para levadura, pan y pasta: con una proporción de harina y
agua de 5:3 o 5:2, la cantidad máxima de harina debería ser de 300 g.
• Preparación de todo tipo de masas para bizcochos: Con una proporción
de harina y agua de 5:3 o 5:2, la cantidad máxima de harina debería ser de
500 g.
Cuando prepare la mase, asegúrese de que el aparato se encuentre en una
superficie estable y que no se recaliente. No la coloque demasiado cerca del
borde para evitar que se caiga durante el proceso.
