1. Mix ingredients in accordance with your recipe. Then open the upper housing by pressing the knob (4).

2. Place the mixing bowl on the device plate and turn it until it is fixed. Put the lid onto the bowl.

3. Fix the dough blade, the whisk or the mixer blade at the blade connector and rotate the connector an-

ticlockwise until it engages firmly.

4. Press the upper housing down.

5. To turn the mixer on, turn the switch to the desired speed (1 - 6): Use 1 - 3 for kneading and 4 - 6 for

mixing and whipping

6. Turn the device off by turning the switch back to 0.

7. Lift up the housing by pressing the switch (4).

8. You can now remove the mixing bowl.

Cleansing: Cleansing: Turn the switch to 0 and pull the plug. Let the machine cool down. For cleaning the

housing, use a damp cloth and some mild detergent. Do never submerge the unit in water . The dough hook,

whisk and mixing blade are not dishwasher safe. Clean with warm water and houshold cleanser. The bowl can be

washed in the dishwasher. Do not use any abrasive detergents anyway.
