La temperatura nel vano frigorifero e freezer viene regolata con la manopola installata
sulla parete interna del vano frigorifero. Consigliamo caldamente di utilizzare un
termostato per congelatori prima di riempire il freezer, per garantire che la temperatura
sia inferiore a -18 °C. Questo può richiedere 2-3 ore.
I segni sulla manopola indicano i livelli di temperatura. Se si trova su OFF, il frigorifero è
spento. Il livello di temperatura più basso è 7.
Posizionare la manopola su 4. Utilizzare un termometro adatto per
controllare la temperatura dopo due ore. La temperatura del frigorifero
deve essere impostata tra +2 °C e +5 °C. La temperatura nel freezer
deve trovarsi tra -18 °C e – 25 °C. Per diminuire la temperatura
nel frigorifero, ruotare la manopola su 7 e controllare di nuovo la
temperatura dopo 1 ora.
Nota: se viene posizionato in locali troppo caldi o troppo freddi o se si apre troppo
spesso lo sportello, è possibile che il frigorifero/freezer non sta funzionando con la
temperatura corretta.
Congelamento rapido
Il congelamento rapido crea piccoli cristalli di ghiaccio con l’umidità contenuta
negli alimenti, che impedisce alla membrana cellulare di essere danneggiata e che
venga perduto citoplasma durante lo sbrinamento. In questo modo si mantengono la
freschezza originaria dell’alimento e il contenuto nutrizionale.
Alimenti freschi e pesce fresco, che si desidera conservare a lungo, devono essere
congelati rapidamente. Per il congelamento rapido, ruotare la manopola su 7 prima
di inserire gli alimenti. Dopo il congelamento, spostare la manopola sulla posizione di
partenza.
Nota: non lasciare la manopola su livello 7 per oltre 4 ore.
