(Regulador)
• Para iniciar o pausar el aparato, pulse el [regulador de
inicio/pausa] .
• Gire el [regulador de inicio/pausa] para seleccionar uno
de los siguientes programas: „Cocinar al vapor“, „Asar“,
„Asar y cocinar al vapor“, „Freír al aire“, „Menú“,
„Limpieza“, „Descongelar“ o „Fermentar“.
• Gire el [regulador de inicio/pausa] para ajustar el
tiempo y la temperatura en los diferentes programas y
funciones.
• Si el [regulador de inicio/pausa] parpadea, se puede
conrmar o ajustar girando el regulador los ajustes de los
programas seleccionados o funciones.
• Si el aparato está en funcionamiento, se ilumina el
[regulador de pausa/inicio].

Cocinar al
vapor
• La función principal es „cocinar al vapor“. El tiempo
predeterminado es de 30 minutos y la temperatura, 100 °C.
• Si selecciona el programa „Cocinar al vapor“, parpadean el
[indicador de cocción al vapor] y el [regulador de inicio/
pausa] . Pulse el [regulador de inicio/pausa] para
conrmar la selección del programa y para acceder al modo
de ajuste.
• Con el regulador, a continuación, se puede regular un
periodo de tiempo comprendido entre 1 minuto y 2 horas.
Pulse el [regulador inicio/pausa] para conrmar los
ajustes de tiempo. Ahora puede realizar los ajustes de
temperatura. Puede seleccionar una temperatura de entre
100°C y 110 °C. Tras ajustar la temperatura, pulse para
conrmar el [regulador inicio/pausa] . Si pulsa de nuevo
el [regulador inicio/pausa] , el aparato se pone en
marcha y comienza la cuenta atrás.
