Mélanger et pétrir de la pâte
Mélangez la farine et l‘eau dans un rapport de 5:3. La quantité maximale de farine
est de 1,5 kg. Pétrissez la pâte au niveau 1 pendant 30 secondes. Tournez ensuite la
commande au niveau 2 et pétrissez la pâte pendant 30 secondes. Tournez ensuite la
commande au niveau 3 et pétrissez la pâte pendant environ 3 minutes.
Remarque : En remplissant le bol, assurez-vous de ne pas dépasser la quantité
maximale de farine (1,5 kg). Utilisez le crochet de pétrissage ou la feuille du
mélangeur pour pétrir la pâte.
Battre des œufs en neige ou de la crème
Réglez la vitesse 4 à 6 et, en fonction de la taille des œufs, battez les blancs pendant
environ 4 minutes sans pause. Si vous voulez faire de la crème fouettée bien ferme,
utilisez 250 ml de crème liquide fraîche et fouettez la crème à la vitesse 4 à 6 pendant
environ 5 minutes.
Remarque : En remplissant le bol mélangeur avec du lait frais, de la crème ou
d‘autres ingrédients, assurez-vous de ne pas dépasser la quantité maximale (24
blancs d‘œufs). Utilisez le fouet à neige pour fouetter les blancs d‘œufs ou la crème.
Mixer des shakes, Cocktails ou autres liquides
Mélangez les ingrédients selon la recette aux vitesses 1 à 6 pendant environ 4 minutes.
Remarque : Ne dépassez pas la quantité maximale (7 L) du bol mélangeur.
Utilisez la feuille du mélangeur pour les liquides.
