PUESTA EN MARCHA Y FUNCIONAMIENTO
Antes del primer uso
Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez, debe limpiar el interior del mismo
(secador para carne) con agua y dejar la puerta abierta durante al menos 24
horas para permitir que los residuos de olor se escapen del aparato.
Ponga la temperatura a 1°C y la humedad al 82%. 1 °C es la mejor temperatura
para la carne de vacuno y de cerdo cocida,
La carne debe ser fresca, máximo 5 días después del sacricio.
Se recomienda usar carne de vaca: Usar la carne de ternera joven con grasa
veteada.
Cuelgue el trozo de carne entero o ponga el corte en trozos en el estante.
Encendido
Inserte el enchufe en la toma y pulse el botón de encendido/apagado durante unos
segundos. Cuando utilice la unidad por primera vez (o después de mucho tiempo),
habrá una diferencia de unos pocos grados entre la temperatura que ha seleccionado y
la temperatura que se muestra en la pantalla. Esto es normal y se debe al hecho de que
el aparato necesita enfriarse primero. Una vez que la unidad haya estado funcionando
durante varias horas, la temperatura se ajustará.
Nota: Si la unidad está desenchufada, se produce un fallo de alimentación o la
unidad se ha apagado, debe esperar de 3 a 5 minutos antes de reiniciar la unidad.
No se encenderá antes de este tiempo.
Cierre de seguridad
