4. Brownie alla nocciola
Porzioni: 10
Durata di preparazione: 40-60 minuti
Ingredienti: 70 g di cioccolato (almeno 70% cacao)
50 g di zucchero
45 g di farina
30 g di nocciole tritate
70 g di burro
1-2 uova
1 bustina di zucchero vanigliato
1 bustina di lievito istantaneo
Per prima cosa, scaldare il cioccolato e il burro in una padella di acciaio
facendo attenzione, in modo che il cioccolato non bruci. Lasciare poi raffreddare
brevemente.
Montare poi uova, zucchero, zucchero vanigliato con un pizzico di sale in una
ciotola, no a ottenere un composto cremoso. Unire poi il composto al cioccolato
con la farina, le noci e un pizzico di lievito e mescolare.
Coprire poi la teglia con carta da forno e distribuire l’impasto in modo che sia
piatto e liscio. Mettere l’inserto nella friggitrice ad aria calda AeroVital Fry per
circa 18-20 minuti a 180 °C. Per garantire che l’interno dei brownie sia cremoso,
inserire uno stuzzicadenti. Quando l’esterno dell’impasto è già croccante,
dovrebbe restarne un po’ attaccato allo stuzzicadenti.
Togliere l’impasto dalla friggitrice ad aria calda AeroVital Fry e lasciare che si
raffreddi brevemente. Ora è possibile tagliare l’impasto in brownie.
