Utilice la brocheta de la siguiente manera :
Antes de utilizar la brocheta, asegúrese de que no está caliente.
Si la brocheta está caliente:
Póngase guantes de cocina.
Retire la brocheta giratoria con la ayuda de un utensilio apto para alimentos y
resistente al calor para evitar quemarse.
Deje la brocheta giratoria enfriar sobre una supercie resistente al calor antes
de ir al siguiente paso.
Limpie la brocheta como se describe en el apartado «Limpieza y cuidado»..
1 Aoje los tornillos de los jadores de la brocheta.
2 Retire los jadores.
3 Retire el papel, la película de plástico y los cuerpos extraños del alimento.
4 Ensarte el alimento que desea preparar en la brocheta.
5 Vuelva a insertar los jadores de la brocheta de manera que
• los dientes de los jadores sujeten bien el alimento,
• el alimento no pueda caerse de la brocheta durante la preparación,
• el alimento pueda girar durante el asado de la brocheta.
6 Apriete bien los tornillos.
7 Ate con un hilo de bramante las partes del alimento que pueden abrirse, aumentar
de tamaño o salir durante la preparación como, por ejemplo, las alas y las patas.
ATENCIÓN: Utilice para atar los alimentos un hilo bramante apto para horno.
RECOMENDACIÓN: Pinche con una brocheta na alimentos gruesos y grasientos
antes de prepararlos para acelerar el proceso de preparación y dejar salir el exceso
de grasa.
